From the wide-eyed wonder of our first ORSEM experience to the late-night grinds that quietly shaped our journey, we lived it all. And you – you were part of that ‘we’. In the quiet persistence of being present – in every laugh, tear, and deadline met – you helped make this story what it is. Crusader Yearbook Agreement

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before proceeding

In consideration of the Crusader Yearbook’s agreement, I accept and agree to the terms and conditions set herein regardless of my graduation status.

Section 1. Products and Services

I acknowledge that the products offered include:

Photo Package containing:
- One (1) 8”×10” wall mount photo frame with 10×12 imported glass frame and exclusive non-woven bag
- Two (2) 5”×7” colored toga photos
- Four (4) 2”×3” colored toga photos
- Two (2) 5”×7” colored creative photos
- One (1) 4”×6” creative photo
- Five (5) 1”×1” business photos
- Three (3) 2”×2” business photos
A hard copy of the Crusader Yearbook.

Disclaimer: Photo inclusions may be adjusted depending on production or service requirements.

I agree that only the following packages are available:

Package A (PHP 3900) — Photo package + Yearbook copy
Package B (PHP 2000) — Photo package only

The photography service includes:

Professional hair and make-up application
Basic digital retouching and editing
Professional studio environment with multiple setups
Use of high-end DSLR cameras
Provision of togas, hoods, tubes, coats, barongs, Filipinianas and props
Computer setup for immediate pose selection
Wardrobe stylist assistance
Delivery of soft copies of all raw photos and edited toga photo

Section 2. Subscription

This contract serves as the official representation of my subscription to the Crusader Yearbook 2026.
The selected package fee will be added to my student account and is non-transferable.

Section 3. Unsubscription

On or before April 30, 2026, the entire amount is refundable provided no photo service has been scheduled or used.
From May 1, 2026 onwards, the amount will not be refunded if the photo service has already been scheduled or used.
Penalties already incurred will not be waived without acceptable reasons.

Section 4. Exceptions

If a student does not appear in the yearbook, the yearbook price will be refunded.
If the student does not graduate in SY 2025–2026, the subscription will be cancelled.
If photography services were already rendered, the subscription will automatically convert to the photo package only with a non-refundable fee of PHP 2,000.

Section 5. General Clauses

I confirm that the information I provided is truthful and accurate.
Once my pictorial is completed, cancellation of subscription will follow the stated terms.
I agree to follow my pictorial schedule and submit my write-up before the deadline.
The Crusader Yearbook staff is not liable for inaccuracies if I fail to review my profile.

Section 6. Penalties

The following penalties will be added to my student account:

PHP 150 — Rescheduling four (4) or more days before the original pictorial date
PHP 350 — Rescheduling one (1) to three (3) days before the original pictorial date
PHP 500 — Rescheduling on the scheduled pictorial date or missing the schedule
PHP 150 — Arriving 5–15 minutes late
PHP 500 — Arriving more than 15 minutes late

Multiple violations will accumulate and be added to the student account.

Section 7. Yearbook Ownership Expiration

Yearbook ownership expires if the copy is not claimed within five (5) years of release.
After expiration, the current sale price set by the Crusader Yearbook administration will apply.

The Crusader Yearbook recognizes its responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as "Data Privacy Act of 2012", with respect to any personal information from the graduating batch of Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan.

The office shall ensure at all times the confidentiality of any personal information that comes to its knowledge and possession. It will only be accessed by its personnel for its purpose and legitimate function as a student-run office of Xavier Ateneo.

The Crusader Yearbook shall not disclose any personal information to individuals without the subscriber’s consent.

I acknowledge that The Crusader Yearbook is bound and obligated under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 to protect all the personal information that it collects, processes, and retains.

I understand that my personal information shall not be disclosed without my consent.
